Where can the orders be shipped to?

What Shipping Options Are Available and How Much Do They Cost?

USPS Shipping:

- For orders under $29, the shipping fee is $9.99.
- Estimated product shipping time ranges from 5 to 9 business days.

Express Shipping:

- We charge $10.99 for Express Shipping on all orders under $29.
- The estimated delivery time for Express Shipping is 10 to 12 business days.

Standard Shipping:

- For orders under $29, we charge a shipping fee of $11.99.
- Delivery through Standard Shipping takes approximately 8 to 10 business days.

Please note that our order processing time typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days with an order cut-off time of 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off time on Friday will be processed and shipped the following week, excluding holidays.

For delays extending beyond ten business days without prior notification, customers may opt for a full refund or accept shipment at the earliest possible date along with a compensation coupon worth $5 towards future purchases.

Who will be responsible for sales tax

We are not responsible for sales tax. It is recommended that customers understand local tax regulations and policies before placing an order to know the exact amount of tax to be levied. If there is sales tax, then it needs to be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to receive the product because of the tax, all return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

How do I track my order?

If you have already created a login with us, you can track your order by logging in directly to your account and visiting the order status page.

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email (which may take up to 48 hours) with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

What if I don't receive the products for a long time?

Please first confirm whether your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is incorrect, please be responsible for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you still have not received the product more than 60 natural days after shipping, you can choose to get a refund or have the product reshipped.

What if the products are lost in transit?
